Great service. The food was amazing and they serve you a large portion. Enough to definitely make two meals out of it. And let's not forget the price, the price was excellent, considering the amount of food you get. Have already went back and will most definitely be going again.
Jason, the catering manager is the NICEST person I've met in a very long time, and I work in customer service. We had a huge catering order for 80 people. Not only did the food arrive on time, it was hot, fresh, organized, and Jason set it all up. THEN, we he found out I was a vegetarian & didn't order any vegetable items, he went back to Hunans & delivered me a delicious vegetarian meal. I mean, really?! That is an amazing employee & you're lucky to have him. Thank you so, very much.
I had a phenomenal time at this restaurant, it’s always been a childhood favorite of mine, but it’s really nice to see The restaurant flourish. My server Edward was so attentive and refilled my tea. He consistently checked on my food, and was so kind! All of the servers should be like Edward!
Me and my wife had the unfortunate experience of having a crappy Uber eats delivery driver steal our food. Fortunately, when we explained the situation to a kind representative, they had the food remade at no additional charge to us. I'm grateful for their kindness and understanding and exceptional customer service. Their food is absolutely delicious too. I will definitely be ordering from here again, and I'll be using their own delivery service this time
I ordered through DoorDash the Hunan Fried Rice (combination with chicken, pork & shrimp) cooked in a light soy sauce with eggs, carrots, green peas, and onions. It was very yummy & they didn't skimp on the meat/shrimp. As you can see in the pic it was a generous amount, feeding 4 people. Would definitely order this again!
Hunan’s is very yummy. Last time we went here, the service was great and the food was delicious. This time we came in 45 minutes before they closed and service was still fast, but my food seemed a little cold. If you eat in, they get your food out really fast, the tea is hot and so is the soup. They have great lunch deals that go all week. I really enjoy eating here. You get a lot of food for the price!
I was hungry for Asian Food and thought of Hunan’s; I had not been there for years. I certainly made the correct choice. The food was excellent, service was excellent, friendly, I did not have to wait long for a walk in. My portion was large, and the portion for the cost was also very impressive. I will be returning before such a time lapse, hats off
